| IHC has specific operations in Colorado and Michigan dedicated to providing concrete streets and local roads for municipalities, counties and other local governments as well as private developers. We have constructed more than 40 projects valuing well in excess of $100 million for numerous customers over the past several years. These projects have ranged from a few hundred thousand dollars to more than $5 million. In addition to the pavements, we provide all forms of concrete flatwork including curbs, gutters, and sidewalks of various shapes, median barriers, drainage gutters, bike paths and decorative median cover. We use an assortment of small to medium size slipform pavers to accomplish this wide diversity of work. Our crews also do demolition, light grading and pipe work in support of these projects.
